Dear Camper and Family; Welcome to our Camp. Thank you for your application and deposit. The following information should answer all the remaining questions concerning our camp procedure. YOU HAVE SELECTED THE FINEST BASEBALL CAMP IN AMERICA AND YOU CAN CERTAINLY LOOK FORWARD TO AN EXCITING AND REWARDING ALL STAR EXPERIENCE! CHECK IN Check In time is from 1pm to 3pm on SUNDAY. The Camp Registration Desk is located in the Camp Dormitory. (Look for directional signs when you enter the campus). Parents are asked to stay for Camp Orientation which begins at 3:30PM. Day Campers can come closer to the end of Registration since they don't have Room Check-In. CHECK OUT Check Out for overnight campers is Saturday between 10AM to 12N. Check Out for day campers is Friday night after the weekly Awards Ceremony. (Approximately 10PM) A camper enrolled for multi-weeks can remain on Campus between sessions and participate in our outstanding program of activities and trips. TRANSPORTATION Day Camp transportation within a 10 mile radius is available for a nominal fee. Parents must make individual arrangements for transportation with Coach Martin during registration. ROOM ASSIGNMENTS/PERSONAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL HISTRY RECORD Room assignments and grouping of roommates will be determined a few days prior to check-in. If you wish to room with someone special, please notify us as soon as possible. In any event, roommates are chosen by age, length of stay and geographic considerations. Please make sure you complete the Personal Medical History and present it at Registration. You cannot register without a completed form. A Doctor's visit is NOT required to complete this form. LINENS All over-night camper should bring 4 towels, 1 pillow and pillow case, 1 summer blanket and 1 sheet set( twin X-long). CLOTHING Bring clothing for both warm and cool weather. The guide for a 2-week stay includes 12 sets of underwear, 12 pairs of socks. A bathing suit, baseball shoes and sneakers, laundry bag, toilet articles, light PJ's, light jacket, shorts, jeans, t-shirts, baseball uniform,sweat pants, baseball equipment, athletic supporter. All rooms are wired for Directv and Internet access. All clothing should have a name tag. Lost articles cannot be returned without a name tag. CAMP PURCHASE REQUIREMENT Each camper has purchased Official All Star Baseball Camp items including: 1 baseball t-shirts, baseball cap, sports bag, water bottle, an 8x10 color photo with our Major League guest and an autographed picture of that Major Leaguer. All items will be distributed at Registration. |
